By submitting material to us, you grant Murphdog & Company, and Murphdog Magazine worldwide use of the material without time limitation, including the right to use your name and city/state/province in connection with any such use. Stories, ideas, suggestions, essays, audio, video, photographs, or related materials, and any other materials of any kind whatsoever submitted (hereinafter, the “Submissions”) will not be returned or kept confidential. We reserve the right to modify, reproduce, and distribute your material in any medium (now or hereafter existing) and in any manner or appropriate place, including but not limited to magazines, promotional merchandise, marketing, and other related materials.
By submitting material to us, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to grant the rights set forth above and that your material will not, in whole or in part, infringe the intellectual property rights, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other rights of any third party.
By providing the Submissions, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years old.
All Submissions shall become the property of Murphdog & Company and Murphdog Magazine and may be edited for length, clarity, and/or functionality.
Murphdog & Company and Murphdog Magazine shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any information or Submission that you submit.
Murphdog & Company and Murphdog Magazine shall exclusively own all known or later existing rights to the Submissions worldwide and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose in all media now known or hereafter discovered without compensation to the provider of such Submissions.
No Submission may contain any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person’s privacy, violates any law, any intellectual property or other property or other rights, or is known to be false.
By submitting to Murphdog & Company and Murphdog Magazine, you acknowledge and agree to all the above terms and conditions.
